Pros

The people and the team at the Corporate in Europe are nice people, they will support you and help you…unfortunately this is not enough…. The benefits are good and the salary is the average for the function that you will occupy. The is a great industry with good and interesting technology, challenging and demanding customers.

Cons

The Management Team is going to tell you that they care about the people, they are going to tell you that they want you to succeed, they are going to tell you that there is way to growth in the company….. That is the picture that you will get from the interview and the first couple of months in your new role. During the time of my tenure in the company I have seen 1 person being promoted (and that was a bad decision). Do not expect training as there is none and you will be more lost than anything else after all The HR: well, there is not HR… 1) Service: uneducated and liars. they will call your significant other to say, “god knows what kind of lies!” instead of telling it to you directly because they don't have the guts to be upfront and will stab you in the back without hesitation! Oh and don’t be surprise if they “change” their name…. another proof of honesty and courage…how heroic isn’t that? and How pathetic is that? 2) Marketing: that individual will make you feel like you are not important and will keep information that must be shared to make you do your job….but no, that person will wait until you fail and came as the saver with all the information and things to do. Besides that do not expect to have any feedback….simply not capable of doing so….too much egocentric & selfish…. 3) Some of the management members know nothing about what is going on in the organization and if you say something, they will conduct an investigation (supposedly) which will be inconclusive and they nicely will ask you to “shut your mouth”. It is just a matter of time before someone sues the company for harassment. Don’t be a fool…. that company has nothing to offer to you at this time…. perhaps once they get appropriate executives with real people skills and real dedication to their employees……until then apply to other valuable positions.
