Option to work remotely during pandemic. Christmas bonus. Annual raises.
Cons
Terrible health plan! The deductible is astronomical and the plan barely covers anything. If you have a healthy family expect to pay all medical visits out of pocket. New director and HR, lots of policy changes and employee turnover. Not the same company I was hired into a few years ago. Property managers have intensely long list of expectations and the list is growing. Super stressful environment.
