      Pros

      I've been working at SCIGON Solutions for over a year and I'm very satisfied with work conditions and management. They hare very easy to get a hold of. Very personal approach to solving issues. Company keeps it's end of the bargain. Things are going well for me.

      Pros

      Friendly, reliable nice people to work with. Pay is compatible with the industry. Great communication from HR with regards to benefits update including new 401K plan. Great company outings.

      Cons

      Insurance is little expensive. I hope Scigon will be able to offer better insurance in near future.
