      1. You get to learn a-lot. 2. Since, it's a start-up the work culture is pretty open. 3. You can try different roles and get your hands in all the new emerging tech trends in the field of data science. 4. Flexible work hours.

      Cons

      1. As a beginner you wouldn't get a high compensation. 2. Interview process is quite competitive.

      Great career growth

      Pros

      This is my second job and a huge learning experience with much career growth. Learnt how to always go beyond just the requirements and add value to any project, which has earned me a lot of client appreciation. Management is very supportive during some family emergencies, made me feel being part of a family.

      Cons

      There are some cons like facilities etc., but nothing really big to write about.
