I am new to Rootstock but the hiring process was both rigorous and thorough. I had 7 interviews with a variety of individuals at the company and a software challenge to build something on their platform. I think this process was engaging and helped me to appreciate the company and what they had to offer both me and their customers. So far the onboarding has been great. I feel like they have a lot of resources available to me to learn about the company and my role. They really seem to invest in their employees training and what they have should allow me to come up to speed quickly.
Cons
I think their healthcare benefits are expensive at least compared to my last job. They also have a 401k but no match.
