Management is tone deaf and incompetent, and leads by intimidation and creating environment of mistrust; no effort to communicate changes and few procedures; systems implementation is chaotic; asking questions gets people labeled "difficult"; massive turnover in past year; profit over people and employees and clients are not valued.

Work/life balance is hard to come by. Upper management consists of bosses, not leaders, not mentors. They don't want to gain knowledge on any job that is beneath their station, claim to want oversight but refrain from learning or remaining teachable. Appear to lack any professional or emotional connection to the type of work being done, the employees that give their all without any recognition and seemingly promoted into positions they lack qualifications for.
