A paycheck isn’t enough to overlook poor workplace culture and leadership

Pays the rent and maybe utilities.

Cons

The company has a toxic workplace culture, poor leadership, and little opportunity for growth. Management appears more focused on internal politics and supporting their cronies rather than supporting employees or improving the organization. Poorly managed company with low morale, limited opportunities, and product development also appears inconsistent with products being developed and discontinued without any real customer feedback or input. The pay is bare minimum with no real growth opportunities for it as well.

There are few people in the org that are talented, hard working and great to work with. Multiple products so good learning opportunity

Cons

Leadership don’t know or care about employees concerns. Borderline racist senior leaders who layoff employees without a reason- they may just don’t like you and your termination will be signed by the CEO without any question.
