- Good collaboration between key cross-functional teams. - Great team work. - Meaningful product offering that enables us to have a strong focus on improving the revenue cycle in the healthcare industry. - Great opportunity to work with both channel partners and a direct customer base. - Small enough to quickly change direction to meet the needs of the market. - Fun atmosphere that has an employee focus with things like, monthly breakfasts, happy hours, celebration of life events like birthdays, weddings and new babies! - We work hard and sometimes the hours are long but the balance is healthy. The work hours are flexible and there is no micromanaging.
Cons
We are a smaller company so as a Product Manager sometimes you want the opportunity to develop more, but resources are limited.
