Vast majority of field personnel are competant and hard-working Decent equipment

Cons

Monumental PITA to get parts, submit receipts, address a payroll issue, get a phone call returned, get fuel cards, get repairs, get supplies, etc. Remcan has fallen in love with bureaucracy and minimum necessary effort to function. Expect an inbox full of scolding memos and pandering CYA nonsense that leaves employees disenchanted.

- Fulfilling projects - A lot of learning opportunities - Travel across Canada - Management wants you to succeed and gives you the resources to do so if you are a hard worker - Employees are down to earth and easy to get along with

Cons

Travel is a requirement for the most part unless you get really lucky as a qualified S&C maintainer and get stationed near where you live.
