      Pros

      Helped start up the Liberty facility, and helped hire most of the people the first five years. Hardest thing I ever did was leave. Upper management is second to none, and the ownership made you feel like part of the family.

      None. Would go back if I had the chance.

      No pros whatsoever , stay away

      Cons

      Mental abuse by manager,constant threat to write you up. No training or overview of the company whatsoever . Work overload but they don't want to accept it. 2sick days a year, dock u 15 minutes if your are 1 minute late. Dock you time if they close down due to bad weather. Fowl language used by employees no ones does anything about it.

      Pros

      Good Family business with a lot of friendly interactions with the customers. Every day was a good experience at the job.

      Cons

      The salary was not that great. I had to work very hard for the amount of money i was being paid.
