      I will share my entire experience I was supposed to join the company on 3rd Feb 2022. On 2nd Feb 2022 I received a meet link from an unknown number. It was a daily catchup call meeting. I did not even know who it was. Later I was asked to work full day because one of the employees was leaving and I was supposed to fill her position - I was not informed about this at all. There was no induction process. I was asked to see bunch of random self-recorded videos and meeting recordings to get an understanding of the company. Throughout the whole day the HR did not even have to courtesy to call me and ask me how my day was going. I almost received a 100 files on my mail atleast. It was so overwhelming that I quit the same day.

      Yes @ Redwood Algorithms we believe strongly that folks can reach out for any help required provided that information is NOT available online. So yes as a company which completely is digital 90% of all interactions will be digital . Folks who are not comfortable with learning digitally , interacting digitally and problem solving digitally should not join . It is a challenging place for people who are not passionate about digital !.

      No pros at all ! I had developed some hormonal issues because of the mental stress that I was been exposed to on a daily basis.

      Cons

      1. No proper guidance on literally any thing. 2. Wrong attitude of higher officials and reporting managers. 3. They emphasize you to finish off your work by 6pm but you are expected to work more than 12 hours a day. 4. You will be doing all the work for peanuts. 5. Blame games. 6. You will asked to do everything by referring to a piece of recorded document and short videos. You will be blamed for every I left the company just because of these reasons. It's been a month since I left the job. I am happy in my life with less stress!
