      Pros

      Everyone is very professional and willing to help, they give you all the tools you need to succeed but there is no handholding or micro-managing. If you are new to collections come prepared to learn quickly. I am a lifer here so that should tell you something.

      Cons

      There aren't any, in my opinion. My best is the best and she has supported me no matter what.

      Smaller company that is growing, but keeping their “small company” feel. The flexible schedule, and the casual feel!
