      Pros

      - great products that are loved by its users. I’ve been hugged by users multiple times when demoing the product. - amazing work culture - everyone extremely supportive of one another and excited about the work we do - the company is growing which has opened up lots of ways for roles to evolve too

      Cons

      Depending on your personality - it’s always busy with new projects and opportunities coming up. I personally really love it. If you prefer environments that are more predictable/structured, you may not like it as much.

      Great opportunities, great culture

      Pros

      Extremely smart, innovative and passionate people. There is a high level of autonomy on projects, but everyone on the team is ready and willing to help each other out. Plenty of opportunity to grow your strengths and also explore other areas of the business. Great benefits (unlimited vacation, insurance, etc).

      Cons

      None so far, very happy here!

      A job that even after 3 years - doesn't feel like a "job"

      - we get to build stuff that people really like using - collaborative environment - everyone gives feedback/brainstorms ways we can continue to evolve products or come up with crazy new ones - great team - friendly & talented - positive office culture

      Cons

      - working with remote team members across different time zones can be challenging if you aren't used to it.
