      Pros

      Working here offers a really good balance between your work and personal life, which is a big plus. There's a strong sense of trust, so you won't feel micromanaged, and the benefits package is great. You'll also appreciate the flexible working hours. Beyond that, the company values transparency on ongoing projects, provides a variety of interesting things to work on, and genuinely supports your professional development.

      Cons

      One potential drawback can be the fluctuations in workload, leading to busy peaks followed by quieter troughs - not necessarily a bad thing.
