Pros

Until you get fired, it is a paycheck, and a job. So there's that.

Cons

A combination of soul sucking telemarketing/sales jobs, and menial data entry roles. Turnover is high, not just for sales, but for everyone. Even doing a good job isn't enough to stay working here.

Pros

Absolutely no pros about this place

Cons

-Workplace is in a building with a pain management clinic that prescribes opioids -Management rules by fear, only wants to hear positive news, and doesn't give you the tools you need to be successful -Unprofessional management style -Some co-workers were wonderful people, others wanted you to think you worked for them and highly uneducated in the field of marketing -Cost of benefits extremely high compared to other employers and do not have a 90 day waiting period

Toxic Culture of Failure and Incompetence

Pros

Some of the employees are good people to work with, and there’s a little cafe in the building.

Cons

Don’t believe any of the recent positive reviews. It’s apparent that management became aware of them and “strongly encouraged” people to post positive reviews. The CEO is running this place into the ground with terrible decision after terrible decision. If leadership starts at the top, this place is like a fish rotting from the head down. At least the CEO hires those in his own image, as sales and marketing leadership are both equally bad leaders. For a company that sells leadership training, it would be funny if it wasn’t so sad.
