Cons
Can’t actually use discount due to ridiculous ban list - banning employees from buying anything new or popular. Passive aggressive work environment - no one is happy or relaxed due to pressure from senior management. Staff are often reprimanded in public for any wrong doings/failings/mistakes. As a result of this there is an attitude of blame game out of fear for ones own job - people are always looking for others to blame rather than take responsibility for actions. Expectation to work overtime with no show of appreciation or remuneration. Claims to welcome employees and care about career progression however there is no clear path for career progression or goal setting. Pay is far below industry standard & often below London living wage. Expectation to be able to contact each other at ALL hours of the day or evening and while on annual leave for no reason. Discrimination across team - told employees a company wide pay freeze was in place while giving other mostly senior members a significant pay increase. As a result staff turn over is very high and loyalty to the company is not rewarded, rather the longer you have been there the worse you are treated. Instagram is not an accurate reflection of the brand - not inclusive or diverse in any way nor do they care about being so.
