Management does not know how to run a sales team
Their comp is the worse in the industry. ( you have to get 10 deals a month or you get no residual , then after 1 year, your deals goes to the company... and you no longer get paid residual on them )
They lease no equipment, so you are signing up customers for no money, you would do better doing membership sales for LA fitness and make more money.
