1. Great challenging work 2. Flexibility of interacting with clients 3. Very good performance review and appraisals 4. Senior management can be directly approached 5. Friendly environment
Cons
1. Feel sometimes decisions are not conveyed on time (could be due to management's constraints related to customer decision delay) 2. Low performers should be immediately sacked. Company tries to move them to different projects and give them simple work 3. Should have six monthly appraisals
