Pros

Flexible working, computer equipment, thats it.

Cons

Waste of your time if you want to achieve anything. They use useless agencies like Deloitte who have kids running about with no experience.

Pros

Good pay and solid benefits

Cons

Very cliquey at the executive level; if you're not part of the "in" crowd and adept at apple polishing, your career will not advance. Insurance group leadership talks about change and improving, but is really only interested in maintaining the status quo. Micro management is pervasive from various executives in the regional office and operators in the field spend far too much time answering silly requests, providing data and insights to provide "sound bites" for regional executives to report up and out to HQ and the analyst community. Lots of executive churn, which is costly for the company and hurts morale.
