Was on the payroll of the company and got placed with a very good client. After one year the client absorbed me on their payroll. Transition was smooth and very grateful for the opportunity

Office timings were extended sometimes due to work pressure.
Was very challenging work and I like challenges. Learned how to work under pressure and also learned about client interaction as the company was small and almost everyone had to interact with the client. Overall good learning experience.

Lesser number of clients base and tougher requirements.
