      Pros

      Great team to work with (except CEO). Has a great location and interesting place to learn about financial data.

      Cons

      Work can become very repetitive and the compensation is horrible. CEO definitely doesn't seem to have the trust of his employees and changes his mind every week. You think you have shares in the company, but honestly there is no board and the CEO can just issue new shares at his discretion, thus diluting your shares (problem with no VC money).
