      Pros

      The management is top-notch and sincerely cares about the employees as people with real lives. It is nice that there is an option for remote work and opportunities for growth. The work as a business analyst was interesting.

      Cons

      Some of the work can be repetitive. If it ever feels that way, I would recommend stretching yourself and talking to your manager about how to expand your job responsibilities. There is definitely upward mobility.

      Pros

      Primary Intelligence is an incredible company to work for. We are a team of people dedicated to the success of our customers, which gives it a teamwork vibe I have never seen in my career.

      Cons

      Everyone works offsite. COVID confirmed that was the direction the company would be going. Although I love the advantages offered by WFH, I would like to get together with the team more to get to know them better.

      Pros

      Generally given a lot of leeway to get work done at your own pace. Not a lot of micro-management but they do expect you to motivate yourself. Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Sometimes would have preferred more concrete goals of what I was supposed to accomplish in a week.
