Pros

Some decent members of staff

Cons

This is a seriously troubled company. I have never seen so many people hired and mysteriously disappear in such a short period of time. Some of the more incompetent employees are still with the company however, purely because they're friends or family. This company made me ill -and I'm not the only one! I've since learnt that at least 3 of my former colleagues were signed off with stress, one of which I've been informed was told that they were no longer welcome at the company. I experienced extremely harsh treatment verging on bullying from senior members of staff and a complete lack of care for my wellbeing or professional development. My direct line manager was completely inept at managing a team and refused to provide training when requested! The product itself is outdated and massive periods of time have been wasted developing features that have since proven to be worthless. There seems to be a clear lack of direction when it comes to product and company development. There are absolutely no benefits offered at this company -although I did overhear a senior member of staff boasting about their generous holiday allowance to a recruiter (the standard 20 days required by law)! This just goes to prove just how out of touch they are. There is a serious lack of communication throughout the company and when staff members have mysteriously vanished -it's swept under the carpet and never spoken of again! The company is sinking but they'll continue to pretend everything is 'fine'. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs.

We are upset to read this review, the negative and severe nature of the claims has caused some concern and confusion. On the issue of bullying we have conducted and internal review on process and reviewed all known cases. The team leaders have all been consulted with, and we have refreshed and renewed our commitment to the right behaviours. The business as a whole has the opportunity to anonymously feedback on issued raised in this review and the results currently do not reflect the observations and accusations made. We actively support and have procedures to help financially and practically to deal with and manage stress, while constantly reviewing and renewing the cultural values that avoid negative triggers. %C2%A0Also in response to this anonymous review and in consideration to it's public nature it would be appropriate to correct some miss-representation. No one at the business mysteriously disappearsCompetence is qualified and measured by the ability and experience to meet objectives.R&D and product development has been one of the core driving successes of the business. It is true that not all opinions can be facilitated - the R&D process designed to capture feedback and validate it. Not all feedback is validated with a credible business case. We're not a corporate so don't offer corporate grade benefits. We do however have a number of tangible benefits including remote working, flexible working, sick leave, paternity and maternity, Bike to Work and other incentive / employee perk schemes, and counselling and wellbeing resources. For every year an employee works at the business an additional day is added to their holiday, this is capped at 25. With 12 full sick days per year this means we offer 37 fully paid days out of the office. We have a company meeting every week that connects everyone around the world to share work and projects. We also target 2 company events per year where we review strategy, performance and challenges. All teams will additionally have team specific weekly meetings. The senior management would happily discuss this with you in person and in confidence.
