      HR is best friends with management , nothing is confidential. Management and team leads talk behind your back , a very unprofessional company. Management show blatant favouritism.

      Good location in Richmond Friendly staff

      Cons

      toxic atmosphere generated by senior management. There are constant pointless meetings. No progression opportunities. No flexibility, working from home isn't allowed at all, glued to desk. Staff constantly leave due to poor management. Blatant favouritism.
