      Pros

      Seniors are good, they will help you untill you are doing work with with your fully concentration.

      Cons

      Working hours- Apart from 8 hours of office you need to work from your home as well, Average Working hour will be arround 10-11 hours/day. this is the only cons, and its enough to disbalance you work-life balance
