There is nothing positive about working here

Cons

CFO is a complete jerk. He talks to people with no respect. And he feels like what he says goes. You never know what kind of mood he is going to be in. It can be good or bad. And if it’s bad everyone in the office will know. He is sneaky, rude, and highly unprofessional.

Casual dress code. Pleasant coworkers. Average benefits

Cons

Although benefits are average, the pay is below average and hard to get a raise. Expected to work min. 10 hour shifts without breaks. No structure. No training. A lot of turn over company wide. Managers do not lead by example. Buddy and family system. Do not promote from within, hard to advance. Dead end job!

This company is passionate about their people, customers, and doing business the right way. Not every day is a walk in the park. However, everyday you come to work and go home from work you know you made a difference with a purpose.

Cons

Finding a proper balance between work life harmony can be challenging. Reason for that is this is a 24/7 business. Find your harmony and you'll be fine.
