      amazing coworkers from around the world - make your contact fast cause they will leave the company as soon as they can.

      Cons

      no benefits, poor company culture, overwhelming micromanagement questoning every step, poor financial perspective of the whole company, no trust in employers

We have invested a lot of resources and hired a team of experts for the past 3 years to foster an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered, so it's disheartening to hear that we may have fallen short. The issues you've raised regarding benefits, micromanagement, financial perspectives, and trust are significant, and we take them very seriously.       Nothing to earn, nothing to learn.

      Pros

      - Easily accessible by transit if you commute (to the sketchy area) - Nice staffs (almost everyone) - Beer fridge (Friday only)

      Cons

      - Cheap very cheap, not to mention the salary. - Poor management. Especially those who have lead titles really don’t have what it takes. They are pretty unorganized yet condesending and manipulative with micromanaging and gaslighting abilities. - Toxic Environment. They work in an inefficient and old-fashioned manner and are not receptive to suggestions or open to change. Sometimes you get blamed even if it’s not your fault. They really say your name in front of everyone. - No fun at all. Please do not fall for the website and group photos. More than half of them already left. Almost every month you can see people quit/join.

It's one of our goals to ensure our developers have the opportunity to work on diverse assignments, which can be both challenging and rewarding. Regarding your concern about the use of WordPress, we understand how important it is for developers to diversify their skill sets. While over 80% are being build using WordPress and it does offer great versatility, we acknowledge that exposure to other technologies can be beneficial. We are currently exploring opportunities to incorporate other platforms into our project portfolio such as Laravel PHP. This will not only diversify our service offerings but also provide our developers with the chance to learn and grow in different environments. Your feedback is valuable to us and helps us improve.
