Pros
PEG Bandwidth was a great place to work. I had the opportunity to work with some of the brightest individuals in the industry. I had the ability to work in the Network Operations Center where we got to have a direct impact on daily business.
Cons
The only issue I had was there was a shortage of people so we had trouble getting some very important issues resolved. Because you had people handing multiple functions.

Pros
Clean vehicle fleet, co-workers are nice, good pay, phone allowance, benefits are not that expensive, time sheets are all automated.
Cons
They expect you to be gone for 3 weeks out of every month to locations that are very remote. Most of the work is at night regardless of the weather. They don't pay for the hotel rooms you have to put out that expense as well as paying all your bills for the home you get to vacation at for about 90 days a year.
