Managers are supportive and it's fun and positively challenging here. Direct interaction with the top level hierarchy. Flexible working hours. Alternate Saturdays off.

Pros
No politics. Make a lot of friends because everyone is young here. Learn a lot of new things. HR is a sweetheart. Life on the fast lane: every other Ad agency works slower.
Cons
Sometimes there are a few unrealistic deadlines. Sometimes the clients become a bit too demanding and their demands are entertained everytime. No coffee. :(
