      Small company which struggles to face its new size. The growth has been fast so they need to keep up the pace in terms of internal strategy.

      Unfortunately very little to say, but most of the staff are very friendly Easy to start if you are looking for a job in Paris

      Cons

      Low management (e.g. friends hire friends, biased work relationships) strong hierarchy toxic relationships between management and staff low payment low career opportunities high staff turnover exploitation of interns low English skills
