Pros
Really cool company with environmentally friendly ocean services and technologies. Nice small group of engineers and marine staff.
Cons
A struggling start-up that can't raise money or find a way to make money. Leadership keeps changing directions and struggles to keep barebones of staff employed. Frequent layoffs due to lack of funding. Software and hardware isn't very stable due to short staffing and too much pressure. Due to lack of funding, the company almost never gives raises and doesn't compensate employees appropriately.

- friendly young team - inspirational mission - free coffee + snacks - if you’re just looking for a paycheque, this is it
Cons
- low pay - subpar benefits - the hybrid work environment doesn’t make any sense - noisy office that you’re forced to work in 3x a week - incompetent/disconnected/aloof management
