Chaos has its negatives. intel and st cultural merging was not done properly at all. very different aspects of working style and culture created some clashes and misunderstanding.
Friendly and knowledgeable team members. Cutting edge technology in the memory space. Learned a lot about all phases of memory semiconductor manufacturing. Good compensation and benefits. Great team building activities.
Cons
Lack of proper planning / forecasting during transition from Intel Flash / ST Micro. They seem to focus on hours worked rather than results achieved. Vague advancement opportunities. Mismanagement at the 1st level manager levels. People leave left and right for other opportunities.
