Pros
They were named international "Incubator of the Year" in 2020. Fort Wayne is a great place to live. Very low cost of living. Great co-workers. Focused on underserved entrepreneurs but help anyone. Not University based so not reliant on university budget.
Cons
You may not like Indiana but Fort Wayne is a great place to live.

Pros
The clients that you work with are wonderful. Building is clean and lovely. The mid-level staff are nice, but overworked people.
Cons
Upper management does not value the people when it comes to pay. They try to get as many on board with less than 30 hours so they don't have to give any benefits.
