      Smart people; Good technology choices

      Cons

      Network restriction on laptops are pretty extreme (due to banking vertical) and an occasional blocker to getting work done. Lack of momentum is making it difficult for them to commit to a particular direction in building real working products A large percentage of company have a shared history with a previous employer, and that creates some barriers to outsiders
