Pros

You'll love it at first (because they use the psychology of your needs and wants to tell you what you can achieve, they will promise you the world. It's all lies)

Cons

NXT Wave appears as pyramid scheme business with the cult-like mindset that is attempting to trick young professional into doing direct sales are seemingly unethical. You'll get a script to follow, you have to memorise it word by word. Say things like ' all other people I spoke to today were willing to donate £2-£3 today'... You will be expected to work from 6 am, 7 am till 6 pm, 7 pm, 8 pm. Most of them do because you'll be ridiculed if you don't. You will be expected not to have LIFE as they will keep calling you 'pressuring' you into joining conference calls development presentations, team building (YOU WON'T GET PAID FOR ANY OF THAT). The whole role is based on how much you can sell, you don't have any base pay NO SALARY. Some days you won't earn anything even if you spend 12hours in what they call FIELD. The longer you'll be working for them the less time you'll have for your family and friends.. They will try to suck into this OPPORTUNITY. Most of these reviews are fabricated as employees are encouraged to post these online and are advised to be ALWAYS positive, if they aren't their attitude it wrong and they will be ridiculed . You will be told you're not good enough doesn't matter how hard you try. There is no real progression, just few handpicked individuals are at the top. They will do anything to keep you doing sales for 12hrs a day 6days a week. The CEO Jamiesh Holait owned similar companies in Liverpool that is no longer active (Alpha Innova), Matt Stuart owns exactly same company in Glasgow (Omada Corp)... They have offices all around the UK under different names. You can look into Roel Mojico and his company Mojico now renamed into Globe 9. Every time they get the negative press they change the name of the company. It's a exploitation of young talented people for pretty much 'free labour' with the cult-like mindset and unethical task to be done. They have high employee turnover, they post jobs daily. Constantly hiring and attempting to find more of the sheep to follow the cult. There is a Reddit post on all of this. You may want to check more people that came together to share their experiences. As, the reviews on here are fabricated by the current employees in order to boost the company’s rating and flush the negative press.

Pros

Managers were friendly. This is only a con to keep you in the dark about what the job actually entails.

Cons

-Ridiculous working hours over 70 hour weeks with no guarentee of any pay. -The job is only commission based somedays you will work a 13 hour day and have no money to say for it. You are also self employed. -This job is falsely advertised as a marketing job but is solely sales. Cult like, told to distance yourself from family and friends with any negativity towards the job. With the ridiculous working hours you won't have any time to spend with them anyway. -High turnover of staff with daily recruitments. -You have to pay for everything including transport, lunch and expensive road trips.
