Pros

-Good benefits. They offer you a 'bonus' pay equal to one month's salary on your first day. -Convenient location if you live near the Makati CBD

Cons

-Frequent overtime and coding death marches. -Waterfall, process-heavy shop. There's red tape everywhere and the politics are rife with nepotism. -There's a draconian contact clause that says you have to repay that 'bonus' if you leave the company before a year. It's completely illegal in Denmark, yet somehow it's a feature in the Philippines. -Group think is strongly enforced. You'll be punished for suggesting new ideas to management or for questioning the status quo.

Pros

An average company with nothing special to offer, an ordinary and predictable benefits package, the location of the Prague office is not ideal, but at least it’s right outside the metro station. The office fruit is quite good. If you like slacking off at work, you would thrive here, you can spend hours on end loitering on the internet, watching videos on YT etc. but too bad if you’re ambitious because it’s not going to get you anywhere, the job content is mostly dull and repetitive with a very little space for an advancement of your career.

Cons

- Some middle managers are too junior and inexperienced - Senior managers are excellent at stroking their own egos, not so good at communication or providing direction and clear leadership. - Poor communication across the company overall; so much for the ‘Open and honest’ ethos that the company is so very proud of. - Lack of career development opportunities - Unfair and hugely differing salary scales - Extreme and almost obsessive budget control and cost saving across all departments – a result of losing two major customers recently? - Closure of the Olomouc office – there is now just one remaining NNIT office in CZ. When a company starts closing offices, it’s a clear signal that things are not well, take a hint. - Org structure changes every year – this suggest a lack of clear vision as the management seems to change the structure on a whim. - The new 2020 business strategy is a laugh! A failing business student would come up with something better and more relevant than this! - Cooperation with the Danish office can be very painful sometimes If you want to work at a company where your skillset/experience will be recognized, your effort appreciated and your contribution fairly rewarded, avoid NNIT CZ like the plague!

Mobbing

Pros

It is an average company offering average corporate benefits, nothing special

Cons

hiring cheaper labour from india, no focus on integrating them into company culture, I have witnessed mobbing in CZ office several times, even from management to employees directly. I have nothing against having colleagues from India or Muslims as long as they respect a company culture and not oppress women with statements that are highly inappropriate, be careful if you are a woman wanting to work for NNIT CZ
