      Pros

      Not a high pressure job, unless you happen to get on a certain persons radar. You can move up pretty quick

      Cons

      Experience 10,20,30 years DOES NOT MATTER. They want you to pull orders and get them out, that is all that matters. You may get a raise in pay or you may not. they don't give without taking something or giving what they see as a perk. personally I think the job should pay more.

      Pros

      The dept I work for is very fair and supportive. You get the tools to get your job done and there is motivation to innovate and creative. There is recognition from superiors and others outside the team.

      Cons

      Work environment is in need of refreshing. We spend a third of our days here, the office space could be modernized.
