      The only positive was salary. Oh and popcorn.

      Cons

      Inability to forecast a budget, micromanaging, favoritism, deceit, no SOPs, no onboarding, no job security, no ability to move up. Just look up Mooreco and OSHA that will tell you all you need to know.
