Think twice before committing – Unclear expectations and poor work-life balance

Cons
My experience with this organization was highly disappointing due to several factors: The job roles and responsibilities felt poorly defined. I found the daily expectations to be inconsistent, making it difficult to achieve professional growth. The environment felt unprofessional and exclusionary. There appeared to be a significant divide in the office hierarchy, where long-tenured staff exhibited a rigid attitude that made collaboration difficult for newcomers. I found the administrative process regarding formal offer letters and joining formalities to be unconventional and lacking the transparency I expected from a professional setup. The work-life balance is essentially non-existent. Expect to work weekends regularly. I frequently saw staff working until 8:30 PM or 9:00 PM on Sundays, with no apparent concern from management regarding employee burnout or personal time. The office lacks basic amenities, such as functional canteen facilities, which adds to the daily strain. I personally would not recommend this workplace. In my opinion, one might find more peace of mind elsewhere, even if it means waiting longer for the right opportunity.
