      - Mission-driven. Company values are clear and well-communicated and tangibly influence decision-making. - Open culture of collaboration. Constructive feedback is consistently requested, acknowledged, and responded to appropriately. - Strong emphasis on inclusion and diversity, and awareness of potential biases - particularly for the size of the organisation. - Genuinely remote-first. Mandatory meetings are at the right frequency, communicated well in advance, and planned consciously to make the most of our time together.

      * a mission I believe in * founders still present, vision still relevant * one of the founders is tech focussed and understands developer needs such as dev-ex and tech debt properly * remote working arrangements make sense * extremely considerate of family life and personal circumstances * get a great vibe off everyone at the company

      * not as many workplace benefits as a corporate gig
