      Pros

      Coworkers are brilliant and super friendly as well. Executive team truly has an open door policy and makes the time to connect and work directly with all employees. Tons of opportunities for professional development and gaining experience in all aspects of the business. Work-life balance is great with flexibility with WFH + an unlimited PTO policy! I personally go to the office a lot because I love interacting directly with my colleagues but the flexibility to WFH is amazing.

      Meta team structure allows for different skillsets to work together. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback. Good office setup with work from home flexibility options. Free Friday's - encourages long weekends with no meetings on Fridays. Good compensation and benefits Office located in Downtown Durham Many employees are willing to hang out for a drink after work. Work life balance

      Methodology can be challenging to follow given client timelines Job market has given way to some talented folks finding other opportunities.
