Pros

Very, very little besides location!

Cons

Mgmt hires young, brow beats, and fires before they have to pay any benefits. More issues than there is space! Rotating door of people! Job openings are the same now as 6 months ago & 2 years ago! No one with an ounce of self respect would stay at this company! No matter what you do, you’ll leave upset! Everyone does! No one parts amicably ever! It’s not a coincidence, it’s them!

Pros

The other employees are nice.

Cons

Management there is a joke. They do a terrible job training new employees, and never support their employees. The CEO is a nice guy, but every level of upper management are rude, unprofessional, and downright mean individuals. They bonus when you hit plan. Low base salary as well, which is not made up for by commission due to the company not adapting to the market to be competitive.

Pros

Naperville location, young staff, great team.

Cons

If you are a manager at MedPro: You are required to attend a management meeting at 8AM every morning. You will be writing a daily end of day review email - everyone is required to write an essay at the end of each day. Same thing for end of week and end of month. You will have to put together a Power Point presentation for MOR and QBOR, this includes accounting. There will be days when you will spend more than 90% of your time in meetings and you will be expected to do your daily tasks. You are expected to respond to your subordinates daily end of day emails. You will be asked to hire employees for the lowest possible wage. President and CEO don’t keep their word - you might be asked to put together a compensation plan for your employees, you will be asked to talk with your employees about it and then when you put together a raise/bonus package you will be rejected and you will look like a nobody to your subordinates. President and CEO contradict each other a lot. One gives you a list of priorities and then another gives you a contradicting list priorities. In overall my rating is neutral - this place could be a good fit for some, but not all.
