Pros

Depending on your role within the company, it's a good way to learn how to work with a diverse group of people/professionals (including tenants and building staff).

Cons

Really no room for growth within the company. It's promised often, but not delivered. Most of the people in any sort of Senior-level role have been with the company forever. The top few executives make a lot of money, and everyone else is kept right where they're at (with title and money). Responsibilities get piled on, and the work is not recognized.
