Weak management, No one knows what they are doing. Too work for little pay. Employees are just a number.

The turn & churn management style chews up great staff and spits them back out. You can work your butt off but trust me, you STILL cannot win here. Those who do are internally connected and are a part of the back biting culture that will make your life hell here. Most current employees are just biding their time and planning an escape. I predict a mass exodus very soon. So, be on the look out for a ton of new openings. The fact that there is no growth is greatly overshadowed by the fact that they WILL NOT train you. As a result, you likely will not be there long enough to grow anyway. This is not just my experience, but the experience of many before and after me...BEWARE. Your efforts, results and hard work will not matter here. At the end of the day it is futile. If you do survive here you will likely live each day in fear, wondering when your last day will be. They will either show you the door or you will go running toward it yourself after a short while here. If you enjoy a toxic, petty and overall frustrating work experience where you feel used, disrespected and upper management ignores you, by all means, apply today! Otherwise save yourself the trouble. You will be glad you did.
