      Great place to learn with mostly great people but very poor management and direction

      Pros

      Other employees at the company are excellent, very friendly and good to work with. A great learning experience with a growing company, always exposed to new technologies.

      Cons

      Very poor management. Next to no opportunity for growth. Many promises made by management with no follow through.

      Management don't care that Technicians are stood down each year

      Pros

      Maybe compensation but even that is below industry average when you take into account as a Technician you maybe work 8 months a year if your lucky ,

      Cons

      Office staff and Management are paid Salary and are always kept working. Technicians are paid hourly and are stood down for long periods each year ,The work is seasonal even though management wont tell you that,stood down every Christmas for months at a time never knowing when or if you will be asked back. Management are full of broken promises, very much a them and us company. Technicians only find out about company events by word of mouth, they aren't included on emails.
