Pros
Flexible program,extra hours are paid ( for beginners is not a great advantage because they aren't paid so good but considering that the most of them are students those hours could be compensated with free days),cookies,coffee and tea in the kitchen every day ( the coffee and the cookies are god but the tea is cheap),a free lunch daily (at the cafeteria from the building or at the casanova restaurant that is near the building. The food wasn't so good but after they introduced the possibility to choose between those locations is acceptable),intern trainings that will help you to grow fast.
Cons
Bad management in several teams, for beginners is hard to stay in the company because the starting salary is to low compared with other companies,extra hours makes you look good in the company and not the quality of you work, no medical insurance with a private hospital (most of IT companies from Iasi offers you a nice insurance package for you and (depends on the company) for your first degree relative/significant other),small reward for bringing a friend in company, because of a new Quality Manager you have to report your work daily,
