      After 8 years of promotions and higher pay year after year, no one asked why I wanted to leave

      - Advancement - High pay - Easy to get time off - As much, or as little, travel for work is possible

      Cons

      - Poor culture in sales dept - Unilateral decisions by upper management with no input from sales dept re: HUGE changes in commissions - Low level of job security - Salespeople are NEVER seen as important as the software engineers

      Great people, strong teamwork. The corporate mission was highly satisfying: reduce medical diagnostic error and save lives. Worked on some great projects.

      Horrible leadership across the board, Car salesman "Chief Revenue Officer", CEO has no direction and speaks politics on customer presentations.
