Pros

Startup culture, growing steadily with a cool little central-London office. Remote friendly and flexible working for all. Small and intimate team, but not so tight-knit that you'd feel like you were intruding. Free Macbook pro and heavy investment in onboarding, even for remote roles. No 'top-down' management culture. Board members are active on Slack, and very approachable / friendly. Initiative is recognised and rewarded. Decent benefits. Trains!

Cons

Career opportunities are limited given the small team size, I suspect this would change as the company grows.

Pros

Exciting, growth area to work in, really supportive team members (and international!). Effective remote work culture, supportive culture.

Cons

Not so much. Perhaps, some uncertainty of having been acquired (by SNCF), but that could also be called excitement!
