      -Pay is pretty good for an entry-level position. -Hybrid schedule is awesome -Benefits are good and insurance is pretty cheap for what you get.

      good pay and good work

      Cons

      benefits if you work with DoD are horrible. your yearly PTO is lesser than a lockheed martin direct employee versus a contractor at a gov't facility. healthcare is HDHP. i prefer copay plans. hdhp is all out of pocket and can be painful to deal with
