Fun Co-Workers, flexible schedule, friendly staff

manipulative upper management, micro-managing, over or under scheduling, insensitive to employees health, no sick days, short staffed, high turn over, low pay with no chance of a raise or promotion until one year, will not pay to fix or upgrade anything for employees, almost impossible to get your required paid break.

Team works well together and has a total breadth of knowledge of the network
Cons
Cramped office, I was put in a nook with very little desk space. Upper management has outsourced most of the network management to a 3rd party, however due to the 3rd parties limited knowledge and abilities, the lead engineer is basically on call 24/7 for any issues that can be somewhat difficult to solve. Team is very small with only 5 members, including myself.
